Corporate Event Theming and Décor

Previous clients have put their own stamp on the space using everything from coloured lighting, which corresponds to their own brand identity, to vinyls that have been applied to the venue’s floors and walls, to dramatic effect. Branding and signage can also be visible on the exterior of the venue in certain places, to discuss this please contact our events team.

When it comes to theming the options really are endless. The venue offers a total blank canvas for themed events, so if you’re looking for a space where you can create a brand world ready for guests to step into, or take guests into another world entirely with magical event design – you’ve found it.

Product Launches

The bright, white spaces of OXO2 are ideal for product launches. The blank canvas venue is ready to be transformed into the ultimate backdrop for your launch, putting the focus on your product in a contemporary, stylish setting.

Floor to ceiling windows frame exquisite views of the capital, which make an excellent addition to your product launch. Especially come dusk, when the bright lights of London give the venue an incredible atmosphere post-launch drinks receptions and dinners. 

OXO2 makes a fabulous venue for wine tastings, and is proving very popular with members of the wine trade. We can also organise wine tasting and quizzes, which can be incorporated into your corporate event entertainment.

Your creativity can reign free with the help of our theming and production partners, who can deliver any special requests for production, design and audio-visual equipment.

Conference Box

A new package from OXO2, the Conference Box is perfect for those planning a central London conference in a stunning contemporary venue. The conference box is situated in the east side of the venue, utilising only one side of the venue. The space is divided into a catering area, and conference area, with integrated AV for you to hire at competitive prices.

Dry Hire is Available 

The spaces of OXO2 are also available for dry hire, perfect if you would like to use the venue to create your own event from scratch. We would be happy to work with your preferred suppliers if required.
