OXO2 is ideally suited to conferences, and regularly hosts prestigious conferences for leading companies in a broad range of industries. 

THE VENUE

The light, bright and spacious surroundings of OXO2 are guaranteed to inspire your delegates. The elegant venue will enable you to set your conference apart, and create a day that will live on in the memory of your guests.

Within OXO2 you will find two gallery-style event spaces for conferences. The spaces can be used as one, for larger conferences, or separately if you are looking for a venue for a more intimate conference event with fewer guests. The large rooms can easily accommodate breakout areas, with the option to use the second gallery style room as a bigger breakout space.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Each of the two event spaces at OXO2 benefits from in-built lighting and the West Side has built-in audio-visual technology, including a PA system for speeches.

A new package from OXO2, the Conference Box is perfect for those planning a central London conference in a stunning contemporary venue.

The conference box is situated in the east side of the venue, utilising only one side of the venue. The space is divided into a catering area, and conference area, with integrated AV for you to hire at competitive prices.

OUR EVENTS TEAM

Host your conference at OXO2 and our talented event management team will be happy to assist you throughout the process. Our in-house venue managers will be on hand throughout your planning and organisation, and they’ll also be there on the day ensuring everything runs without a hitch.

CONFERENCE CATERING

Our in-house catering team Create will take care of all your conference catering requirements. Choose from a selection of seasonal menus for your conference, or put your own twist on catering choices by designing a bespoke menu with the help of our creative menu designers.

We offer a range of catering options for conferences. Welcome guests with freshly brewed tea and coffee, superjuice smoothies or the ‘Big Day Ahead’ breakfast! For lunch, treat your guests to bowl food, a buffet or a seated lunch. We can also provide indulgent afternoon tea served on beautiful three tiered cake stands to help keep ideas flowing all day long.

CONFERENCE CAPACITIES

Each of our gallery-style rooms can accommodate up to 100 guests with the room set up theatre-style. OXO2 can accommodate conferences for between 50 and 150 guests.
